The PDR IR-E3 is a high-performance rework station engineered for BGA, SMT and advanced component repair. It combines focused infrared heating, multi-zone quartz preheating, precision handling and closed-loop thermal control to deliver repeatable, high-quality rework results on small to medium-large PCBs.
